The details

Your payout bank account

Added once under Payout bank accounts, after a quick security check.

  • A US bank accountChecking or savings.
  • Bank name, and the first and last name on the account
  • Routing number and account numberYou type the account number twice to catch a slip.
  • The account holder’s addressStreet, apartment (optional), city, state and ZIP. Bridge needs it before the account can receive a payout.

The details go straight to Bridge, our regulated partner, which holds them. TheCoinRamp never stores your account number. Removing a payout account is permanent; adding it again creates a new one.

  • ACHUsually one to three business days.
  • WireNormally arrives the same business day. Needs an address Bridge accepts for wires.

Fees

  • TheCoinRamp’s fee is a percentage of each payoutIt comes out when Bridge converts your coin. Your rate is shown on your Ramps page and in the cash-out guide on your dashboard.
  • Sending to your off-ramp carries no TheCoinRamp feeThe network charges its own fee for the send, and that varies.

Outside banking hours

  • Your coin waits until Bridge processes itBridge converts at that point, not when you send. Stablecoins don’t hold exactly $1.00, so the dollar amount can differ slightly from what the coin was worth when you sent it.
  • Cashing out an exact figure?Send it on a banking day.

Don’t lose it

  • Send only the coin and network the off-ramp namesAnything else sent to the address can’t be recovered.
  • The off-ramp address is not your Receive addressCoin sent to your wallet address stays in your wallet and is never paid out.
