How to create your account
Sign up for TheCoinRamp for the first time, with a referral code if you have one. Each step is shown in order, and the chapters let you skip ahead.

What you need
- An email address you can get intoIt’s how you sign in, and where account emails go.
- A strong passwordOne you don’t use anywhere else. A password manager helps.
- A referral code, if someone gave you oneOptional, but it has to be added before you create the account.
Referral codes
- Arriving on a referral link applies its code for youThe home page shows the code that will be used.
- Or type the code inCodes are 4 to 16 letters and numbers, with no spaces.
- The most recent link or code countsUntil you create your account. If you were given a newer one, apply it before signing up.
- It’s recorded once, when your account is createdAfter that it can’t be added or changed.
What we record
- Your name and email addressFrom the sign-in page, when your account is created.
- Never your ID or documentsIdentity verification happens later, with our regulated partner Bridge, which holds those.
Signing in
- Use Sign in on the home page, with the same email
- New here? Sign up is at the bottom of the sign-in pageUnder the Continue button: Don’t have an account? Sign up.
- You enter your password every timeOn purpose: it makes sure you’re in the account you meant to open.
- The sign-in page may ask for moreSuch as confirming your email address, or a second sign-in step. If it does, follow its prompts.
- Forgot your password?Select Reset password on the sign-in page, under the password box.
